EMERGENT MARKETING IN ACTION
Work & Mother partnered with Torque to redefine office amenities for nursing mothers, aiming for inclusivity and support in the workplace. Torque conducted interviews and workshops to distill the brand message of empowering working moms. The strategy included brand refinement, video content creation, graphic design, and sales support, ultimately elevating Work & Mother's brand and advocating for working mothers nationwide.
The Franklin is a massive collection of office spaces, amenity spaces, 3 addresses, 3 entrances and 1.5MM sq ft.. To understand the building culture, people and story, Torque conducted an Ideal State Workshop to help ownership and the leasing team tease out the property vision. A highly spirited campaign and go-to-market strategy was born of the Emergent Marketing Process, leading to a fresh, playful image for the property as well as a compelling leasing story.
