Torque had the exciting opportunity to elevate the Work & Mother brand and position it as an innovative solution and amenity for office buildings.

We recognized the importance of offices providing new mothers with an exceptional workplace experience. Work & Mother aimed to redefine office amenities, specifically catering to the unique needs of nursing mothers.

Our mission was clear: to convey the concept of a mother's suite as an inviting, fully equipped oasis that support working moms who are breastfeeding – a true symbol of inclusivity and a driver for coming back-to-office.

Torque helped set a new standard for mother's suites nationwide. Through a series of interviews and our discovery workshop, we distilled the essence of the brand message: to empower working moms to thrive!

We equipped Work & Mother with a new system for evolving the brand. Our multifaceted approach included brand refinement, compelling video content creation, a dynamic graphic system, sales support, and collateral development.
