The Sinclair Gold Coast, Chicago IL

Challenge

The Sinclair is a new construction luxury apartment high-rise in the Gold Coast. The developer, Fifield Companies, is known for creating the highest quality residences, and the Sinclair was to be its most significant property yet. The property was named after the daughter of the owners of Fifield Company – who plan on living in the building. Because the property was so special and personally important for the developers, expectations were high for the branding, messaging and marketing.

Together with the developers, Torqued defined “renters by choice” as the target audience: high income professionals and well-off, young-at-heart empty nesters. We created a sophisticated brand story, marketing campaign and collateral materials to support leasing. The large, vibrant construction wrap we designed is bringing a huge amount of attention to and interest in the building. Construction will be complete August 2018.
