Taking Steps to be Here for All

 

We’ve all been inundated with COVID 19 actions and commitments. Torque is affected like everyone, and also committed to making the most of our talents and capabilities to support our community. 

We are definitely taking our own responsible steps to keep our business healthy so we can support others. We’re moving ahead on a lot – working virtually and encouraging personal health steps for everyone, from rest to holistic wellness supplements (Vitamin D3 is a must, and vitamin C and certain mushroom extracts are good to take) and we’re social distancing. 

Equally important is Torque’s concern for our clients as we all head into this crisis. We wish our clients good health — both personally and for their ability to keep their businesses on track. 

We are working to keep our clients well poised to creatively address new needs and demands resulting from COVID-19. Here’s how: 

Digital marketing media

Now that business needs to work more virtually, we are exploring new and creative uses of social media, video, renderings, fly-throughs, virtual tours, email, search & display advertising and more. An online presence has never been more important!

Use digital workflows

Cloud platforms for sharing files and team collaboration, presentations, Dropbox, Google Drive tools, video conferencing, screen sharing, Slack messaging and carrier pigeons. We love the Google suite of tools and Dropbox as a means of getting business done collaboratively, quickly and without interruption.

Laser focused for your clients

Everyone needs resources to be on call, efficient, and effective given the needs are changing daily. Use text, email, Slack and even LinkedIn correspondence if that’s how people need to connect. Torque is using all the communication tools to keep projects and account servicing focused. 

Nimble & responsive

How can you help your customer/client and tenant prospects address new challenges, such as sharp drop offs in responses, property tours and attending events? There are new tech-forward solutions to help with this.  

Collaborative

Leveraging the available digital workflows, we are attentive to keeping all stakeholders in the loop with feedback, updates and more. 

Small but mighty

We believe all businesses need to be up close and personal. It’s all about staying in contact and reassuring people that things are covered. Or it’s offering solutions real time as they arise in conversation. As principals, we are active and involved on every client account. We stay present so we can add our strong knowledge of the real estate industry and whatever else is critical to the moment.
