Jennifer Masi

Jennifer Masi is a successful entrepreneur and business owner who, early in her career, worked as an award-winning designer with over 40 recognitions for design and production excellence.

She has a BFA from MIAD (Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design) and owned a boutique design firm before joining Torque. This year, she became its CEO.

Masi has participated in Goldman Sachs's 10,000 Small Businesses program and has served on several boards, including Rivendell Theatre. She is currently on the board of Mission Neem 5. She is also an active member of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners) Chicago and served as its president in 2018. In the same year, she earned her Master of Arts in Transformational Leadership and Coaching.

Not only is she a successful businesswoman, but she is also a devoted wife and mother of two adult children who are now living independently. In her free time, she enjoys drawing, riding her bike, taking walks, interior design, and exploring new cities.

Masi sees herself as a nurturer of talent and is passionate about mentoring others to develop their skills and potential.
