Revel at the Ballpark was preceded by its sister development, The Reserve at the Ballpark, next door. Both are a short walk from the baseball stadium and the surrounding entertainment district, called the Battery. Reserve embraces baseball culture. Revel embraces nightlife and other lifestyle elements of the Battery.

Solution

The developer Atlantic Residential engaged Torque to create a property marketing program that distinguished Revel from Reserve, and also from the residential developments within the Battery.In addition to the building story, torque also developed the property marketing program, including:
