The Main was a new and exciting luxury residential property being built in Evanston, Illinois. The challenge was to give the property a unique identity, create marketing buzz about the new apartments, and appeal to the target market.

Torque took on this challenge by diving into researching the optimal tenant type and finding a way to best appeal to them. Initially, we took on the task of naming the building and then followed up by developing a brand identity, logo, and print pieces. We created a full website – highlighting the apartments and surrounding area by featuring drone footage on the homepage – as well as designed signage to raise brand awareness and encourage people to apply.
