She uncovers the treasures within a space, whether repurposed or newly sourced, and orchestrates interiors that balance beauty, function, and joy. With a network of artists, makers, and collaborators, Jennifer creates experiences that engage the senses and elevate daily life in homes, office buildings, multi-family developments and retail spaces.

Jennifer passionately believes that a brand or a space is not simply about looks and design, but rather a lived experience.

About Enrique

A bold, curious, and sometimes delightfully unruly thinker, Enrique drives Torque’s digital strategy with energy and creativity. Enrique brings together business acumen and creative intuition to lead Torque’s digital engine. With a background in finance, venture capital, and private equity, he understands the language of real estate investment and the financial logic behind every marketing move ,  giving him a unique ability to translate data and performance into growth.

Enrique leads a multidisciplinary team of over 15 specialists, including web designers, developers, copywriters, digital ad strategists, social media managers, and video and photography professionals. Together, they build integrated ecosystems that bring Torque’s brand and digital strategies to life across every channel.

His vision is to elevate commercial real estate marketing to the sophistication and emotional resonance of world-class B2C campaigns ,  creating brands and digital experiences that not only inform, but inspire. While his focus is on large-scale real estate and development projects, Enrique continues to lead select B2C initiatives to stay close to cultural trends and evolving audience behaviors.

About Maria

With a background that bridges institutional communication and public relations, Maria brings both precision and empathy to Torque’s strategic and cultural direction. She began her career at the European Parliament, developing a deep understanding of diplomacy, organizational messaging, and the power of storytelling at scale. Later, her work in PR and media strategy for leading news organizations refined her ability to craft narratives that resonate across audiences and cultures.

At Torque, Maria leads the Spanish team, overseeing HR, operations, and account coordination. She also plays a central role in campaign strategy and client communication, ensuring that every project reflects both creative excellence and human connection.

Maria is admired for her ability to bring out the best in teams and clients alike ,  translating complex ideas into clear, authentic messages that align people and purpose.
