Solution

Torque took on this challenge by diving into researching the optimal tenant type and finding a way to best appeal to them. Initially, we took on the task of naming the building and then followed up by developing a brand identity, logo, and print pieces. We created a full website - highlighting the apartments and surrounding area by featuring drone footage on the homepage - as well as designed signage to raise brand awareness and encourage people to apply.
