Torque emphasized the ROI with HWS’s systems, which results from highly improved data captured and reduced leakage of revenue. This positioned HWS to compete effectively against large-platform, single-vendor systems and niche specialty vendors.
Torque renamed the HWS offerings as an integrated product line, stressing client experience and benefits. We then designed the logo, brand identity system and corporate website. Torque also developed a print advertising campaign, direct mail and tradeshow marketing program. We also produced a training program for the 100-person national sales network, setting up a process for gathering feedback on current industry issues while fostering customer relationships.
Packaged as a data integrity and revenue capture solution, the HWS suite is geared toward the concerns of hospital CFOs. Results include a new contract with a regional 150-hospital chain. Also, the program was designed to be adapted to new product lines, allowing HWS to economically launch products for the legal services and manufacturing industries.
