Torque re-focused the Chamber’s brand position, incorporating its rich history with its current mission of supporting Chicago’s economic development. We then refined the logo design and developed graphic standards for all communication vehicles, for use online, in print, broadcast and at events. In addition, we redesign the website, built on a SharePoint platform and enabled for separate Blogs for each committee or initiative. Torque also worked with Search Channel Consulting to provided a monetization strategy to take advantage of the 100,000+ unique visitors to the site each month.

The Chamber’s once fragmented and noisy collection of individual committee activities are now unified and recognizable under the new brand platform. Active on committees, Torque is working with the Chamber to develop written and video content, including a newsletter for the Midmarket Forum, to further expand of the Chamber’s brand, community and resources to members.
